From inside their fortified office block, the brave men and women of the CounterProductivityCommission recieve thousands of letters and telegrams every day from disgruntled Citizens seeking the CPC's special brand of assistance.

It is a task only for those of the most hardened iron-will. Each Citizen tells a different story, but each one feels the same deep inexplicable sense of responsibility. With the dexterity of a surgeon the CPC officer isolates the problem and attacks.

"Fun doesn't have to be mindless," says CPC spokesperson Karen Eliot. "Thats all we're here to teach them."

Why Jeff?

Jeff, of course, is merely an opportunist. His criminal nature is nothing more than the logical extension of the aquisitive, competitive, success minded spirit that is Capitalism. However, there is no reason to have that sort of man in office.
